Delivery ServicesRaymond Terrace Rural Traders has recently commenced working with customers to develop an option for those customers who have limited time or lack the ability to physically drop into our store for all their "animal feeds and needs". Email and Phone Orders
We do accept both phone and email orders. For those customers who have limited time and would like to make orders via email please send your request to accounts@rtruraltraders.com.au. Be sure to clearly display your name, product details and collection dates so our staff can have your order packed and waiting for you to collect.
Delivery
We currently make home/business deliveries as requested by our customers thoughout most areas of the Hunter, Newcastle, Great Lakes and Port Stephens.
We will now also be offering residents from Hawks Nest, Tea Gardens, North Arm Cove and Karuah with an option to receive home delivery on Thursdays each week. There will be associated delivery costs for all deliveries.

Payment Options All customers making phone/email orders and requiring delivery will be expected to pay via credit card over the phone or with cash on delivery. If you are an account holder with Rural Traders these fees will be invoiced. In the future we may look to include an online store on our website pending demand for such a feature. |
